December 29, 2008 to January 2, 2009: Donna receives an unexpected visit from Pam. Eric and Stephanie announce to their family they're splitting. Brooke and Ridge make plans to be married in a private ceremony after the upcoming fashion show. Rick surprises his mother by giving her his blessing to marry Ridge. Donna is concerned about modeling the showstopper in the fashion show and has every reason to be. Steffy begins to notice that her feelings about her relationship with Marcus are shifting. Stephanie and Donna are put in an awkward position with the press in attendance at the show. Rick, Eric and Owen have a lot riding on this new Forrester Creations surf line. The mood of the fashion show changes when Donna takes the stage wearing the showstopper.
January 5, 2009 to January 9, 2009: Stephanie flies off the handle while speaking to the press after the fashion show. Ridge and Brooke exchange wedding vows. Once again, Thorne feels like the odd man out. Rick decides he wants to be with Steffy. Katie is upset when Nick stops spending time with her. Jackie tells Nick she is tired of feeling like a failure. Nick tells his mother he will help her regain her confidence. Pam taunts Donna after Eric hires Pam to work on Donna's surf line. Stephanie and Brooke have a catfight. Donna wants Bridget to pursue Owen. Pam plays homemaker for Owen.
January 12, 2009 to January 26, 2009: Stephanie and Brooke's constant bickering triggers an emotional meltdown from Ridge, where he confesses his brutally honest feelings toward Rick. Bridget fears that Rick is up to no good again and frantically sets out to find him before he gets into more trouble. Steffy's romantic evening comes to an abrupt halt. Private phone calls and secretive behavior cause Katie to be concerned about what Nick is doing behind her back. While snooping through Nick's computer for answers, Katie worries that she was caught red-handed. After a chance meeting and many martinis, Jackie and Stephanie expose their vulnerable sides to each other. Nick receives a generous gift from an anonymous benefactor but is reluctant to accept it. Katie feels ambushed when her loyalty is questioned. Eric is blindsided by Thorne when he unleashes bottled-up rage about being slighted by his father for so many years. Tensions escalate between the Logan and Forrester families as they try to coexist at Forrester Creations. Still trying to heal from Phoebe's death, Ridge assumes the role of an overprotective father where Steffy is concerned.
January 29, 2009 to January 23, 2009: Felicia and Thorne's attitude toward their positions at the company becomes disgruntled. Ridge dashes any hope that Rick had of a peaceful coexistence anywhere other than at work. Rick convinces Steffy there is a way they can have a future together and his plan will make it happen. Jackie and Clarke bask in the success of the new Jackie M line when it receives a standing ovation from the buyers and press. When Eric gets wind of what's going on at the Jackie M show, he rushes out to see for himself. Eric is stunned when he learns his designs were appropriated by Nick for Jackie's collection. Word spreads throughout Forrester Creations about the Jackie M show as all affected begin to point fingers of blame. Ridge and Eric plan a method of attack against Jackie M.January 26, 2009 to January 30, 2009: Rick finds himself in a difficult situation when Steffy's response to his "good news" isn't quite what he was hoping for. Nick begins to worry he ruined his relationship with Katie because of his betrayal. Ridge vows to help Eric come back after his heartbreaking loss and to seek justice. Ridge and Stephanie put together the missing pieces of the puzzle to figure out who wronged Eric. Nick and Eric settle on a deal that will benefit both of them. Stephanie takes an opportune moment to kick Rick while he is down. Extremely unhappy with Clarke's latest designs, Jackie agrees to meet with a new designer. Katie gets brutally honest with Nick, but she doesn't get the same in return. While Bridget prepares for a bright new future, she instructs Steffy on what to do with hers.
February 2, 2009 to February 6, 2009: Ridge becomes emotionally distraught when a dress of Phoebe's mistakenly shows up in the new collection. Rick and Steffy discuss how their relationship can overcome all that Rick has done. Little do they know, a livid Stephanie overhears their entire conversation. Later, Rick must face the wrath of Stephanie and her newly acquired power. Steffy's attempt to defend Rick backfires during a conversation with Ridge. Steffy later learns about Stephanie's threat and comes up with a solution. After days of tension, Nick and Katie make amends and come to a new level of appreciation for each other. Jackie introduces Nick to their new designer, the beautiful and mysterious Madame X. Taylor is furious when she learns Rick and Steffy are involved. A frustrated Ridge becomes furious toward Eric for trying to cover for whoever stole their designs. Taylor brings in James Warwick to assist with her current family emergency. Rick confesses to Brooke that he stole Eric's design and gave them to Nick, only to realize that her response isn't as empathetic as he had hoped it would be.
February 9, 2009 to February 13, 2009: Seeing how much emotional pain Ridge is in, Stephanie refrains from telling her son his daughter is in a relationship with Rick. Fresh from her "intervention" with Dr. James Warwick, Steffy isn't convinced that a relationship with Rick is wrong, until Stephanie decides to interfere. Unable to listen to her grandmother's harsh words any longer, Steffy runs off. Brooke is still unsure if Rick's feelings for Steffy are genuine or just another means of revenge towards Ridge. As Rick is explaining his and Steffy's love for each other to Brooke, Ridge overhears. Still feeling guilty about not being honest to Katie about the stolen designs, Nick feels entitled to tell her the true identity of Madame X (Bridget). Not happy with this revelation, Katie decides to confront Bridget about her intentions of working at Jackie M. After escaping from almost being pummeled by Ridge, Rick turns to Eric for support. Eric learns the truth behind why his designs were stolen and decides to puts Rick's fate with the company in the hands of the family. Stephanie and Taylor become concerned when Steffy tells them that Rick refuses to let her go. Seeing how much Steffy apparently cares for Rick, Taylor becomes adamant that she end her relationship. After being chastised by his father the night before, Rick turns to Brooke to back him up at the family meeting Eric has called. All eyes are on Brooke as she is put on the spot to make the final decision about Rick's future with the company. She tries to reason with her son about ending his relationship with Steffy and makes her final decision based on his response. Thorne sets his sights on taking back the position of president of Forrester Creations if Rick is to be ousted. Tears are shed and sighs of relief are breathed as Brooke announces her decision.
February 16, 2009 to February 20, 2009: Refusing to accept that their relationship is over, Rick vows to Steffy that he will do what he has to in order to change her mind. Ridge reassures Brooke she made the right decision regarding Rick. He then issues a warning that Rick had better stay away from him, and especially Steffy. Rick seeks out his parents to apologize for his actions and to let them know he accepts the fate he was dealt. In response to Steffy's rejection, Rick makes the ultimate move to prove to her and his family that he wants to become a better man. He later says an emotional goodbye to Eric and Brooke and leaves them with a promise that he will soon have a son they can be proud of. While witnessing the way that Rick was able to manipulate Steffy into changing her mind about their relationship, Ridge goes on a rampage to put an end to it for good. Apparent good and bad reciprocal feelings arise as Bridget and Nick get used to working together. Jackie becomes brutally honest about her feelings regarding Katie and her pending nuptials to Nick: She wants no part of it. Despite Jackie's feelings for Katie, Nick suggests they move up the wedding date. Envious of Bridget's instant success, Clark informs her of the true reason why Jackie hired her. Later, Jackie attempts to recruit Bridget to assist in putting a stop to Katie and Nick's nuptials. Watching Jackie refusing to allow Nick and Katie to get married awakens the suppressed anger within Bridget.
February 23, 2009 to February 27, 2009: Rick appears to be modest about his heroic act, but secretly hopes his actions will change his image within the family and company. Stephanie and Ridge predict Rick will attempt to use this recent event to his advantage and vow to not allow that to happen. Brooke is proud and appreciative of Rick's valiant deed and pleads with Ridge to feel the same. Rick issues a warning to Stephanie that leaves her fuming. Later, Ridge vows to Steffy he will make sure she is protected from Rick, now more than ever. Learning Ridge hasn't changed his mind, Rick subliminally plants an idea in Brooke's head to help save his job. Steffy must decide if she is willing to make a major sacrifice to help the man she loves. Thorne is still confident he will be named president of Forrester Creations. Rick makes a last ditch effort to get Eric on his side. Steffy puts Ridge on the spot when she tells him her plans for the future. Owen learns his future with the company will be reliant on whom his loyalties belong to. Rick's lack of popularity is apparent when he has run-ins with Owen, Marcus and Pam. Bridget pays a visit to Taylor to ask for help with the situation between Rick and Ridge. Taylor agrees to be Ridge's ally in the mission to break up Rick and Steffy.
March 2, 2009 to March 6, 2009: Rick and Steffy make love. Thorne, Marcus, Owen and Pam all agree that Rick needs to be taught a lesson. Seeing a crack in Brooke and Ridge's relationship, Stephanie nudges Taylor to make her move. When Brooke wakes up to an empty bed, she calls Rick to warn him that he may be getting a visit from Ridge. Taylor gives Steffy stern words of warning regarding her relationship with Rick. Suspicious behaviors transpire from many of Rick's enemies. Lt. Baker sheds light on the cause behind the attempt on Rick's life. Marcus confesses his suppressed anger about his breakup with Steffy to Donna. Stephanie formulates her own scenario about the events that took place the night before. When Rick arrives at the office, few are pleased with his attendance and the outcome of his first day back. Rick receives threats, some more subtle than others. Ridge flips out when Brooke compares their relationship to Rick and Steffy's.
March 9, 2009 to March 13, 2009: Another attempt on Rick's life sends him into a fit of rage at Ridge, who he thinks is responsible. Rick stumbles upon a threatening note that leads him to believe his life is still in grave danger. The lieutenant and Charlie Baker find evidence at the crime scene that leads them to question Owen. Brooke tries to convince Rick to end his relationship with Steffy in order to save his own life. Stephanie refuses to believe that Pam tried to kill Rick. Rick and Steffy have an uncomfortable and eerie run-in with Marcus that leaves a lasting impression. Rocco Carner's sudden return to Los Angeles creates havoc. Ridge leaves Brooke's bed to unite with Taylor to put their plan to break up Steffy and Rick into action.
March 16, 2009 to March 20, 2009: Having been kidnapped by her parents, Steffy makes a call to Rick to inform him that she is fine and promises that her family will not change her mind about him. Ridge calls Brooke to notify her that he arranged for her to have police protection, but he refuses to give her his whereabouts. Marcus stands firm when Stephanie accuses him and Donna of framing Pam for the attacks on Rick. Donna visits a distraught Pam in jail. Stephanie arrives upon Donna's exit and vows to bring all guilty parties to justice. Rick tries to plants seeds of doubt in Brooke's mind about Ridge's devotion to her by referencing the amount of time he has been spending with Taylor. Stephanie arrives to bring Brooke words of warning about her family's safety while adding to Rick's previous comments regarding Ridge's association with Taylor. Ridge and Taylor share a tender moment as they reminisce about the past. Stephanie takes a verbal jab at Brooke by noting how Ridge will always turn to Taylor during troubled times and how these current troubled times are attributed to Rick. After delivering her warnings to Brooke, Stephanie issues another daunting one to Rick.
March 23, 2009 to March 27, 2009: Jackie and Nick share feelings about each other's lives that neither is happy to hear. After a visit with Pam, Brooke begins to believe Stephanie about her sister's innocence. Ridge and Taylor try to persuade Steffy to not tell Rick about Thomas being the one behind the attacks. Ridge and Taylor fear what will happen to Thomas once word gets out and vow to do whatever it takes to protect their son. When Ridge learns that Thomas' secret is out, he makes a desperate appeal to Rick to not go to the police. Thomas begins to freak out at the thought of going to jail. Taylor is euphoric about the evening she shared with Ridge. Knowing that Ridge and Taylor spent the night together, Stephanie seizes the opportunity to rub it in Brooke's face. Stephanie then makes an accusation that Donna and Marcus are to blame for Pam's incarceration. Despite trying to make peace with her future mother-in-law, Katie refuses to keep quiet when Jackie berates her once again.
March 30, 2009 to April 3, 2009: Because of Donna's fear that Pam has been released from jail, Eric hires a bodyguard for his family. Ridge and Taylor worry about what Rick is going to announce at the family meeting that he called. Rick announces that he is no longer in danger, but will not divulge why. Bridget finally opens up to Eric about her new job at Jackie M. Jackie calls Owen back for another interview and offers him a job based on the "assets" he possesses. Owen then celebrates by sharing a glass of champagne with Jackie and a kiss with Bridget. Steffy has an awkward moment when Marcus mistakenly learns that Steffy and Rick are getting married. Rick and Steffy share an afternoon of sun, fun and romance at Santa Monica Pier. Ridge comforts Taylor when she breaks down over her family falling apart because of Rick. When Jackie and Nick learn just how influential the name "Forrester" is in the fashion industry, they begin to research the history of their rival company. Feeling as though her years at Forrester Creations meant nothing, Stephanie quickly finds the reality is quite the contrary. Stephanie's children grow concerned about their mother's emotional state after her argument with Eric. Fearing that Stephanie may not be in the best state of mind, Eric asks Taylor for professional advice. Nick stumbles upon a depressed Stephanie and invites her back to The Shady Marlin II, where they share honest moments with each other.
April 6, 2009 to April 10, 2009: Nick does some research on Stephanie and is impressed by all of her accomplishments. Stephanie turns down Nick's job offer. Eric begins to wonder how Forrester Creations is going to cope without Stephanie. Katie tells Nick that she is willing to push back their wedding for many reasons, some unspoken. To get their minds off of the negative "Eye on Fashion" article, Taylor takes Stephanie out to lunch where they run into Eric and Donna. Refusing to feel as though she was defeated by her ex-husband and Donna, Stephanie explodes at the duo. Feeling invigorated after her tirade, Stephanie decides to make major changes in her life. During a beach-bound business meeting, Bridget and Owen reach an agreement about their relationship after sharing a steamy kiss. Jackie continues to chip away at Katie's security in her relationship with Nick. Rick surprises Steffy, Ridge and Brooke when he takes them to the place where he wants to marry Steffy. Ridge is less than thrilled by the location and the intent behind Rick's choice.
April 13, 2009 to April 17, 2009: Stephanie is relishing her role as the head of Jackie M. Jackie warns Nick that no matter how much Stephanie tries, she can never sever her ties with Forrester Fashions. Clarke and Stephanie discuss how much they miss Sally. Stephanie admits that her one-time mortal enemy became her best friend. Taylor does not know how to cope with losing Steffy to Rick. Thomas and James make Taylor see she cannot allow Rick to hoodwink her surviving daughter. Brooke, feeling that Taylor is merely trying to create havoc for her relationship with Ridge, decides to help Rick regain Steffy's trust. Ridge and Taylor decide to goad Rick and cause him to badmouth Ridge and Steffy. Unaware that Steffy can hear him, Rick goes on a tirade against her entire family.
April 20, 2009 to April 24, 2009: Marcus interrupts Steffy's bridal shower to tell her how he loves her. Owen invites Jackie to a private celebration. Nick tries to get Bridget to confess who her latest love interest is. Not knowing what Ridge is up to, Rick goes off on an abusive and disrespectful rant. It's not until later that Rick realizes why he didn't get a reaction from Ridge. Taylor and Ridge fear the extent that Rick will go to in order to prevent them from getting to Steffy. Bridget receives a gift from Nick, but refuses to give him what he wants in return. Jackie sets ground rules for her tryst with Owen, which he gladly accepts. Taylor and Ridge share a private moment as they impatiently await Steffy's response to seeing the other side of Rick. Meanwhile, Rick tries his best to get Steffy to give him another chance and understand why he said all those terrible things about her and her father. Unwilling to listen to anything more from Rick, Steffy sends him away. She later apologizes to her parents for not listening to them and hopes that ending her relationship with Rick won't affect Ridge and Brooke's marriage. Katie and Donna put doubts in Brooke's mind about the stability of her and Ridge's relationship. Using her own experience with Eric, Donna offers Brooke advice on how to spice up her marriage.
April 27, 2009 to May 1, 2009: During a heated moment, Brooke calls Taylor out on the true reason behind her alliance with Ridge. While moving out of the beach house, Steffy and Stephanie separately make it very clear to Rick that there is no chance for reconciliation. Taylor and Ridge spend a memorable evening with their children. Ridge makes an emotional apology to his family. Rick jumps at the opportunity to make Brooke doubt the stability of her marriage. Brooke later puts Rick in his place about interfering in her relationship with Ridge. When Stephanie learns about Bill Spencer's death, she reaches out to console Karen. Pam becomes extremely anxious about a crucial error she has made. Stephanie encourages Pam to keep the mistake a secret and to let the situation play itself out. While discussing with Thorne the woes of his marriage, Ridge is reminded of the special relationship he also shares with Taylor.
May 4, 2009 to May 8, 2009: When Rick voices his idea to win Steffy back, Brooke demands that he back off. When Bridget makes a move on Owen, the moment isn't as private as they had hoped. Katie is forced to admit out loud that she worries about Nick and Bridget working together and how it could affect her future. Nick stumbles upon a bikini-clad Bridget and becomes a bit jealous when he learns that she is preparing for a date. Ridge and Taylor devise a strategic plan to get back at Rick for all of the pain he has inflicted on their family. This plan involves introducing a new employee to Forrester Creations. Marcus and Steffy make a concerted effort to rebuild their friendship and put their past behind them over a game of basketball. Steffy and Marcus reconnect over their both being victims of Rick's plot for revenge against Ridge. Later, during an emotional meeting, Steffy returns her engagement ring to Rick.
May 11, 2009 to May 15, 2009: Stephanie intervenes before the truth was revealed to Brooke and Ridge. Taylor is relieved that her sudden outburst was misinterpreted. Refusing to have her marriage ridiculed, Brooke puts Taylor and Stephanie in their place by telling them to butt out. Taylor and Stephanie strategize how to use their secret to their benefit. Rick has a change of heart toward Thomas, only for Steffy's sake. Stephanie reveals to the Jackie M staff that the company will be working closely with Spencer Communications and that she will be writing a series of articles for the publication. Expecting to meet with Karen Spencer, Stephanie finds herself meeting with Bill Spencer Jr. instead. Bill offers Stephanie a perfect opportunity and forum to retaliate against Eric and the Logan sisters. Taylor and Stephanie bask in the misery that the webcast had brought upon on the Logan family and later conspire more about how to utilize the secret they share. Brooke makes a solemn promise to Ridge that she will back him up in the future whenever there may be an issue with Rick. Steffy and Rick have an awkward first encounter since their engagement was broken.
May 18, 2009 to May 22, 2009: Ridge gives Brooke an ultimatum regarding their relationship after she had, once again, taken Rick's side. Bill meets the staff from Jackie M and makes quite an impression on the ladies. Stephanie is thrilled to learn of Taylor's plan to reunite with Ridge and does her best to assist. Nick confronts Owen about dating Bridget and issues him a warning. After Bridget confronts Nick about interfering in her life, she vows to get over him by taking the next step in her relationship with Owen. Jackie gives Nick the encouragement he needs to go for whatever and whoever truly makes him happy. Bridget isn't sure she will be able to get past her history with Nick to once again attempt to have a future with him. Katie ends her engagement to Nick. Katie numbs her pain by drinking away her sorrows and finds herself passed out in Bill Spencer's hotel room.
May 25, 2009 to May 29, 2009: Pam becomes suspicious by Donna's recent infatuation with Bill. Stephanie presents Eric with a deal to save Forrester Creations. Stephanie's offer leads to a showdown between her and Donna. When Katie goes to see Nick for the first time since ending their engagement, she learns that he has already moved on. Bridget sets some ground rules for Nick as a way for him to prove his commitment to her. Nick attempts to burst Jackie's bubble about her relationship with Owen by presenting the harsh realities about their future together. When Bill divulges his plan against Eric to Stephanie, she jumps on board and adds a few stipulations of her own. Stephanie attempts to lure Ridge into assisting her and Bill in their plan against Eric, while also playing matchmaker for Taylor. Determined to put a stop to Stephanie's public tirades against Forrester Creations, Brooke goes to Bill to plead her case. Being able to withstand Bill's inappropriateness, Brooke's reward is a platform to retaliate against Stephanie. Taylor pleads her case to Ridge as to why he should be with her instead of Brooke.
June 1, 2009 to June 5, 2009: Stephanie realizes that she had made a bad mistake by getting involved with Bill. Stephanie won't give Bill the information about Eric that he's looking for, so he turns to Jarrett to get the answers that he wants. Stephanie reveals to Eric that she has ended her crusade against him, then confesses that Bill hasn't and possesses damning information. Bill presents Eric with a deal to either sell Forrester Creations or go to jail. Nick's concern for Jackie begins to consume him. Owen has all of the answers when Jackie questions what kind of future they can have together. Nick is stunned when he realizes Owen and Jackie are living together. Bill reiterates his proposal to Donna, but makes it even more enticing. Steffy gives Rick her stipulations of what she expects from him if she is to give him a second chance. Ridge tells Brooke about their marriage not being legitimate.
June 8, 2009 to June 12, 2009: Brooke's refusal to take his side sends Ridge out the door and straight to Phoebe's grave, where he finds Taylor. Seeing how emotionally distraught Ridge is, Taylor takes him to the Big Bear cabin to get away from those who have upset him. When realizing the consequences of not siding with Ridge, Brooke fears the worse when she is unable to locate him. Stephanie finds pleasure in taunting Brooke about the state of her marriage. Feeling responsible for his mother's misery, Rick offers to talk to Ridge to make things right with Brooke. Unable to fathom that Brooke has so badly betrayed him, Ridge finds comfort in the arms of Taylor and her anti-anxiety pills. Eric confesses to Stephanie that he was wrong to fire her and asks her to return to Forrester Creations. Tensions flare when Thomas stumbles upon a private moment between Steffy and Rick. Brooke relays her fear to her sisters that she may have driven Ridge into the arms of Taylor. Unaware that Ridge has taken more anti-anxiety pills, Taylor senses that he is not himself. Ridge ingests more pills to numb his pain when he relives the horror of the night that Phoebe died. Now feeling at ease, Ridge makes a shocking confession to Taylor. Jackie is caught in the middle when Nick attempts to fire Owen.
June 15, 2009 to June 19, 2009: Despite the obvious signs, Stephanie tries to assure Taylor that Ridge's feelings are genuine and not chemically induced. To commemorate Owen's departure from Jackie M, Nick celebrates with champagne and a proposal of marriage to Bridget. A conversation with Clarke puts doubts in Jackie's mind about marrying Owen. Now that they are officially engaged, Owen asks Jackie for his job back. Not being able to get through to Jackie, Nick gives her an ultimatum: him or Owen. With sales dwindling at Forrester Creations, Pam concocts a harebrained scheme to try to drum up business and inadvertently recruits Donna to assist her. Failing to get in to meet with the producers at "The Price is Right," Pam finds another way to get into the building by attempting to become a contestant on the show. Pam's life-long dream is dashed when it is Donna that is the one chosen as a contestant on "The Price is Right."
June 22, 2009 to June 26, 2009: Taylor and Ridge agree to keep their night a secret once they both realize the circumstances surrounding it. Despite what happened, Taylor vows that she will never give up on Ridge. Brooke begins to have regrets about giving Ridge space to deal with his issues. Donna is unsuccessful while trying to use her wily ways to seduce a troubled Eric. Bridget becomes disturbed by Owen's threatening comments about Nick. Jackie sets Nick straight about her future with Owen; it will happen with or without Nick's blessing. Owen later has an opportunity to stand up to Nick and make his threats in person. Final preparations are made as guests arrive for Nick and Bridget's wedding. The nuptials are the backdrop to the drama intertwined among many of those who are in attendance. Owen ignores Nick's warning and arrives with Jackie on his arm. Jackie introduces Owen as her fiance. Ridge must face the woman he loves and the woman he made love to. Eric is caught in the middle of his two families. Bill Spencer flirts with Katie as he takes mental note of all that is going on around him. Nick and Bridget exchange their vows and are declared husband and wife.
June 29, 2009 to July 3, 2009: No longer able to keep his secret, a guilt-ridden Ridge confesses to Brooke about his night with Taylor. Stephanie urges a hopeless Taylor not to give up on pursuing a future with Ridge. Brooke angrily confronts Taylor and accuses her of trying to steal Ridge by overmedicating him. Ridge turns to the comfort of Taylor and their children after his painful break-up with Brooke. He asks if he can move back home with them. Rick apologizes to Brooke for being the reason why she and Ridge broke up. Stephanie breaks the news to Brooke that Ridge and Taylor have reunited. Brooke is horrified by Ridge's confession and blames Taylor for what happened. Owen asks Jackie to marry him while they are on the island. Bridget is stunned when she runs into Owen on the beach and advises him to leave before Nick sees him and Jackie. Believing that Owen and Jackie are returning to the mainland that night, Bridget does her best to distract Nick. Jackie agrees to marry Owen in a traditional Hawaiian ceremony. When Bridget realizes what is going on, she confesses to Nick that Owen and Jackie are on the island and are about to get married. Nick rushes out in a fury to stop the wedding.
July 6, 2009 to July 10, 2009: Brooke refuses to allow Stephanie's gloating about Ridge and Taylor's reunion to get to her, and responds with an unsettling retort. Newlyweds Jackie and Owen celebrate their nuptials on the beach and make a promise to each other about how their life back in Los Angeles will be. Nick has plans for Jackie and Owen once they return from their honeymoon. When Taylor confesses her insecurity in her renewed relationship with Ridge, Stephanie assures her that Brooke will no longer be an issue. Eric desperately attempts to convince Ridge to reconcile with Brooke, for the sake of the company. Ridge does his best but is unsuccessful at trying. Thomas and Steffy bask in the vision of a possible reunion forming between their parents. Eric is relying on today's big fashion show to be the one that catapults Forrester Creations back on top of the industry and out of debt. Bill attends the event in the hopes that he will, in some way, benefit from any misfortunes that may take place. Thomas has a stern warning for Rick about his future — professionally and personally. The show is a tremendous success until Donna takes the stage wearing the much-anticipated showstopper. Felicia and Thorne leave Forrester Fashions. Nick and Bridget confront Jackie and Owen about their elopement and the public attention that it received. Jackie privately fills Nick in on her insight into her marriage to Owen. Stephanie offers Eric unconventional business advice. In response, Eric makes Stephanie an offer. Jackie and Owen's relationship begins to take a toll on Nick and Bridget's marriage. Pam devises a sneaky plan.
July 13, 2009 to July 17, 2009: Still stunned by the incident at the end of the fashion show, Donna confronts a defensive Pam about being the one behind the prank. After receiving a warning by the banker, Eric reprimands Pam for her action. In return, Pam gives Eric an earful and quits her job. Katie goes to great lengths to convince Bill to not run the pictures of Donna in his magazine, including agreeing to have dinner with him. Ridge and Taylor have a realization that their life together is peaceful and comfortable. Brooke is devastated and feels as though she made a mistake to let go of Ridge and realizes that life is too difficult without him. Because of the vacant positions that Thorne and Felicia left behind, Marcus and Steffy receive promotions, forcing them both to work more closely with Rick. Steffy's attempt to help the company by becoming the new Forrester Creations spokesmodel doesn't go as smoothly as Marcus had hoped. Pam, backed by Stephanie, attempts to sell herself to Jackie and Nick in hopes of getting a job at Jackie M. Taylor becomes concerned about Brooke. Not letting on to Jackie and Nick about her ulterior motive, Stephanie convinces them to hire a new public relations front man.
July 20, 2009 to July 24, 2009: Brooke breaks down in Ridge's arms as she admits to him that she made a mistake by letting him go to Taylor. Whip pays a visit to Brooke to offer his assistance with her getting over Ridge. Taylor takes matters into her own hands to keep Ridge as her own after Steffy tells her about walking in on him and Brooke in an affectionate embrace. Ridge and Taylor decide to marry. Whip proposes an innovative idea to the Jackie M crew that he guarantees will garner the company a great deal of publicity: Jackie will be an empress and Owen her servant.
